Dr Biller RCM provides credentialing and payer enrollment services for primary care physicians, group practices, and solo providers. We handle CAQH profile setup and maintenance, insurance applications, provider documentation, and payer follow-ups, so your practice can get in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers with fewer administrative delays.
Less paperwork for your healthcare team, fewer enrollment gaps, and more time for patient care.
Primary care credentialing verifies a provider’s license, education, training, and work history so health plans can approve them. Payer enrollment then registers that approved provider with Medicare, Medicaid, or a commercial plan so their claims can be paid. Dr Biller RCM provides primary care credentialing services that cover both steps, from documentation and applications to payer requests.
Our approach to medical credentialing for primary care physicians focuses on accurate records, organized submissions, and timely follow-ups. We help practices address enrollment requirements across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans while keeping provider information current.
Incomplete applications, missing documents, and inconsistent provider information can delay payer enrollment and complicate billing preparation. Dr Biller RCM helps address these challenges through organized documentation, application tracking, and follow-ups that keep each application moving forward.
Credentialing for family practice doctors often stalls because each payer asks for slightly different documents, forms, and participation terms. Our team helps manage these details, monitor application progress, and respond to payer requests so your practice can address issues before they cause further delays.
We handle each part of credentialing and enrollment for primary care physicians and practice administrators, from the first document review to payer approval and ongoing upkeep. Here is what is included:
We help collect provider qualifications, licenses, certifications, and work history, organizing required records and coordinating verification according to applicable payer requirements.
We assist with CAQH profile setup, information updates, document uploads, and attestations to help maintain accurate provider information for participating insurance plans.
We help family medicine physicians prepare Medicare enrollment applications, manage relevant PECOS submissions, and track each application through to approval.
We assist with state Medicaid enrollment documentation, application submissions, and follow-ups while accounting for applicable state rules and managed care plan rules.
We help practices apply to commercial insurance networks, coordinate payer-specific documentation, monitor application statuses, and follow up on outstanding enrollment requirements.
We help track recredentialing deadlines, update provider records, manage changes in practice locations, and prepare required documentation to support continued payer participation.
If your practice needs help at another stage of the revenue cycle, our team also offers complete RCM services.
Medicare and Medicaid each have their own forms, portals, and revalidation cycles. We manage both so your providers can start billing as early as possible.
We file through PECOS and handle the forms CMS requires for primary care groups.
For Medicaid provider enrollment in primary care, we complete your state application, then credential each provider with the managed care plans in your area.
Most payers ask for the same core file. We review each item and flag gaps before any application goes out, so your medical credentialing keeps moving.
Most delays start with an expired or missing document. Not sure what you have? Send us what is on file and we will list what is missing.
Dr Biller RCM follows a structured process to help primary care practices manage credentialing, insurance enrollment, and ongoing provider requirements. From reviewing documents to tracking payer decisions, we keep each stage organized as your practice grows.
We collect and review licenses, certifications, education, work history, and other required documents to identify missing information before applications are prepared.
We help complete payer applications, update CAQH profiles, and manage applicable Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance enrollment requirements.
We monitor application progress, communicate with payers, and help address requests for additional documentation to keep enrollment cases moving.
We help confirm payer decisions and relevant provider details, track ongoing requirements, and manage credential updates as your practice adds providers or locations.
Payer approval can take weeks or months, and many commercial plans only pay from the approval or contract effective date. Starting applications as soon as a provider signs helps protect that first stretch of revenue.
Send us the new provider’s details and we will map out which applications to file first.

Dr Biller RCM supports primary care providers with credentialing and payer enrollment in all 50 states. Our team helps manage payer applications, provider documentation, and enrollment follow-ups to support participation in insurance networks across the United States.
Each state runs its own Medicaid portal and managed care contracts, so we handle those state-specific requirements alongside your Medicare and commercial enrollments. Whether opening a new location or expanding an existing practice, we help coordinate enrollment tasks.
Dr Biller RCM provides credentialing support for healthcare organizations with different operational needs. Our team helps manage provider documentation, payer applications, and enrollment follow-ups across various practice settings and healthcare facilities.

We help independent practices manage provider credentialing, prepare payer applications, maintain accurate records, and track enrollment progress without adding administrative pressure.

Our team supports group practices with credentialing multiple providers, coordinating payer applications, updating records, and monitoring enrollment requirements across participating insurance networks.

We help multi-location organizations organize provider credentials, manage location-specific enrollment details, and coordinate payer updates as practices expand into additional service areas.

We help federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and community health centers credential their clinicians, keep CMS-855A and practitioner reassignments current, and enroll providers with Medicaid and managed care plans.

We help urgent care centers manage provider credentialing records, prepare enrollment applications, and track payer responses to support insurance participation for clinical staff.

We support rural health clinics (RHCs) with CMS-855A enrollment updates, provider credentialing and reassignment, and Medicaid and commercial plan applications.
Credentialing touches every new hire, new location, and payer contract in a primary care practice. We handle those tasks in one place and keep provider records current after approval, not just during the initial application.
One credentialing specialist works your providers’ files from first document review to payer response, so you have a single point of contact.
Credentialing, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, commercial payer applications, and CAQH upkeep are handled together instead of split across vendors.
You get status updates on each application and a clear list of anything a payer still needs, so your team knows exactly what to send next.
When you add a physician, NP, or PA, open a location, or join a new network, we handle the reassignments, roster updates, and new applications.
Quick answers to the questions primary care practices ask us most.
Medicare contractors aim to process 95% of online (PECOS) initial applications within 15 days when the application is complete. Applications that need corrections, a site visit, or fingerprinting take longer. Commercial payers and Medicaid managed care plans set their own timelines. 60 to 120 days per payer is common, and some take longer, so we start those applications in parallel with Medicare.
Credentialing verifies a provider’s education, license, training, and work history. Payer enrollment registers that provider with a health plan so claims can be paid, and usually includes a participation contract. Most primary care practices need both before a new provider sees insured patients.
Yes, but claims to a payer that has not approved them may be denied or paid out of network. Medicare generally allows billing for services up to 30 days before the effective date of enrollment, while many commercial plans only pay from the approval or contract effective date. Starting early protects that revenue.
Medicare and state Medicaid programs require revalidation at least every 5 years. Commercial payers typically recredential every 3 years, and CAQH profiles in the Provider Data Portal must be re-attested every 120 days. We track every renewal date and remind you well before it is due. See our Medicare revalidation guide.
Yes. NPs and PAs need their own NPI, CAQH profile, and enrollment with each payer. Medicare enrolls them on the CMS-855I and pays most of their services at 85% of the physician fee schedule. Learn more about our nurse practitioner credentialing services.
Yes. We support primary care practices in all 50 states, including state Medicaid portals, Medicaid managed care plans, and regional commercial payers.
Pricing depends on the number of providers and payers in your practice. See our pricing page or contact us for a quote based on your enrollment needs.
Every payer needs an update. Medicare requires a change of practice location to be reported within 30 days, and a departing provider’s reassignment to your group should be ended in PECOS. Medicaid and commercial plans need roster or address updates too, or claims can be denied. We file those updates for you.
Managing provider credentials, payer applications, and enrollment follow-ups takes time away from your practice’s daily operations. Dr Biller RCM helps organize the credentialing process so your team can focus on patient care while we support your enrollment needs.
